Looks like Re-Krete have had good success with that in some bank drive thrus. In and out quickly and decent margin as well!

I know the big thing is that the EPA frowns on chem use, but what about the dust clouds that come from this. I know for sure as a paint contractor the EPA really gets their blood pressure up over dust created from removing paint applied before 1978. What will they require now? Vacs when this waterless app is used?

Not allowed in Houston as it would be considered a chemical. Cold Water only.

Just use cement and push it around! Worked great in my garage.
