duct spinner wil not spin

3 hrs run maybe on 6 in fixed spinner, have a 3 & a 12 & had no problems with them. Any ideas, should I run a in line filter on each?
 
Filters always! Is it a mosmatic?

I use an in line filter. the same filter I use for my turbo tip.

If my spinner fails it is usually because the heat of the water is to high. ( I know that doesn't make sense, but it seems to be true.)
