Elastomeric coating removal

We just completed the removal of 6250 sq ft of masonry coating from a permanent art installation for the city of Atlanta and Fulton Co. 200 gallons of skin burning stripper and 8 days later we got it all off. My advice, if you ever get the opportunity to bid on an elastomeric coating removal job, DONT!

let me guess.. methylene chloride based stripper, turbo nozzle or yellow, hot water, bits and pieces all over the place which you let dry and came back with a gas vacuum mulcher to pick them all up?

Thats art Steven, cant you tell. I have to apply a clear coating on them so the people can enjoy their beauty for years to come.

those are the worst jobs. $4 a foot makes it bearable though. We learned the hard way too. Lost money on the first one.
