Sell the blue sky! We will collapse in a mire of our own waste if the good and great government doesn't make us behave. Can the answer to every problem in this imperfect world be ...... A government program named after the problem - Clean Water Dept, Help Old People Dept, Feed Babies Dept. I'm moving to the first State that secedes.

On the practical side it's good to be up on where things are at. What level is implementation supposed to take place state, city, county?

Some cities are in compliance, most are not because of the economics. Metro Phoenix is not making any major changes till 2013 FYI

The cities here have all banned together to enforce one way. Will that happen? will see

I know they will be reasonable because the small business league is active in the association. We are not alone in reasonable regulations, unfortunately its all about past and future BOND money. The city's that spent the money illegally will be hotter on enforcement because they themselves have been violating the clean water ACT.

That entire pamphlet looks like a desperate entity trying to justify it's existence. Sure, waterways were filthy years ago. And our roads had garbage all over their sides. But people changed the way they think and quit throwing garbage out their windows and people quit throwing garbage and manufacturers quit throwing chemicals directly in the water. Problem fixed.

But once it's fixed the problem then becomes how to justify the existence of a government entity that completed it's task and now doesn't have very much to do. Looks like they've found the way. Now they are looking at NANO POLLUTANTS????????????? They've solved the problem and now have to MAKE problems to justify their existence.

We can only hope that the American people are fed up enough with this kind of self serving government and will continue voting these morons out. North Dakota has the right idea declaring the EPA NULL AND VOID in their state. All states should do it.

What we provide is an Essential service..

We ALL need to be examples of how we CAN be,
simply, effectively, reliably, and accountably..
Enviro-Cleaning Specialists.

Guys.. Do the right thing..
do "sustainable cleaning",
display "sustainable character",
and we can all have "
sustainable income".
THIS is the foundation of our Wash Water Control BootCamp and YOUR future.
..and I hope that every service-center in the country picks-up the ball
on educating everyone that buys a pressure wash system..
Sand bags are practically free. A shop-vac is available at every store.
A PubbleSucker can cost less than dinner.

ALL cities, ALL the EPA's, and ALL the tree-huggers of the world
can believe
what we do is an essential service,
..and required on a global level..
They ALL need our services..
tree-huggers drive vehicles, and eat at restaurants too. Eh?

"Sustainability" means repeatable, cooperative effort.
"Focus forward", or be shoved out of the way,
by "reasonable" behavior.
SHOW your world how EASILY you can HELP.

ONLY when we are actually acknowledged by,
and cooperative WITH the EPA, will our "finger-pointing"
at the "bigger picture" of pollution have the effect it deserves. Eh?
..now, get back to work ! ..Put your Marketing and Managing hats back on !

We clean the environment. We strip away the contaminants that would normally be washed right down the storm drain.

We are the front line in defense against pollution.

How is it that we've been placed in the category of polluters?

I tried to tell this to Robert Hinderliter when he was authoring the PWNA BMP's. But apparently it fell on deaf ears.
