I am looking to move out of the area and have a great full time job lined up where I am moving to so I figured I would see if there was someone who would want to buy my business.

I have been in the Gainesville, FL area now for 7 years so the business is well established with repeat customers and tons of referrals, I generally pull in 55-75k per year working 25+/- hrs week.

The business is 95% residential so no waiting to be paid my customers all pay as soon as the job is completed...

above van has some dents and some rust but is extremely reliable.

I will be still living in the area for abou 3-6 months so I will help you to learn all the techniques/tip/tricks I know. I will provide Names addresses and phone numbers for all of my clients as well as copies of prior invoices so you will know what I charged in the past.

All for $35k

I do have a ongoing relationship with UF that I plan to continue but I would consider selling that portion for an additional $20k, which would include another Belt Drive Washer 5.6gpm@2600psi another 28" Surface Cleaner, and a Hot Water Heater upto 200*. (This contract is as needed but Just since December I have pulled in just over $19k with another $5500 scheduled for March)


If someone from outside the area wants to move here I can offer a great deal on getting into a home, I have a 2002 Doublewide Mobile Home on 5 acres. The land is rental but it is only $250 per month for lot rent which includes water and septic. The home is a 1548sq ft home 3/2 with oversized rooms, in addition there is a 12x24 workshop and an 8x10 shed that would stay with the home, there are also 3-10x20' car canopies and a 12x16' deck. $45k

Andrew why are you moving? Most my business is in Gainesville and I will miss the competition. Actually, I hate to see anyone get out of the business. I have always been told that there is plenty of work for everyone out there, and this has always been a true statement. I may just have to purchase the business, and let you buy it off me under those terms.:D

I want to move back to Central FL to be near our parents, we have a 14 month old little boy and his grandparents would like to see him alot more often and my mother in law would watch him daily which would save $700 month in daycare.

Your absolutely right there is more than enough work in Gainesville for everyone, we are booked through the first week of May right now and the calls are still coming in very quickly.

If it doesn't sell as a whole I most likely will take everything with me and start all over again, not what I wanted to do but if I had too.

Sorry man I couldn't do that, I am carrying almost $10k on my line of credit plus all the vehicles cost that would barely cover it, besides I wouldn't sell it for $850mo when it grosses over $4500 a month.

Just finished up 07 taxes and the company profit was just over $25k.
