Got my first complex scheduled for tomorrow. 6 buildings 21 appts. Not a huge one but it is a step in the right direction. Should be a good days work. Got it all from this board. Thanks everyone. Not even sure where they got my name but I will ask when I see the manager.

7 hrs start to finish. Nothing but compliments from all the tenants that ventured out to see what was going on. I do need another 100' of hose, 350' wasn't quite enough to get around 1 building, had to go over the roof to finish the back. I also think I might set up another 12v pump for rinsing so 2 guys can work and 1 can drag hoses.

I sprayed the sh mix with the 12v and rinsed with a huge 40degree tip from 10' away.
