Justin, I just replied you your email and couldn't stop it fast enough. Forget what I said, I am not interested. That price is way too high. Also, I checked our states registry, you only registered your name about a month ago, I am not sure, and I am not mad, yet. My companies name is Extreme Power Washing, now I know you can register Extreme Mobile Wash because it is a "different" name. But since we are in the same state and I do a lot of work from Cleveland down to Columbus I am sorry to say that I have to speak to my lawyer about your name. Sorry but our businesses are too close to each other for me to allow the Extreme name to be used for the same type of business if it is not legal or is some type of infringement. I am not doing or saying this to be mean. I am also not trying to gain anything monetary out of it. If everything works out the way I think it will, I will only ask you to change your name, nothing else. I am sorry if you get mad, and I am not saying anything bad about you, but, I can't afford for anyone to be using my name or customers even think it is my company when it is not, especially if their quality is not up too my standards or perfection. Like I said, sorry if you get mad. This is business, nothing personal.

Maybe I am confused. Are you a contractor selling your own used equipment or
a salesmen selling rigs? To be honest, you may have good chems, but I am
very happy with mine so I am not looking to change. As for pressure
salesmanship, I don't work that way. I take my time when I am buying
equipment, that way I get what I need. You say you have people coming to
look at it, great. If you sell it good for you, but if not let me know and I
will take a look. I just want you to know, 15 is way to high, you do know
Landa is selling trailer set ups for less than that. I do think Landa will
out perform Hotsy any day of the week, but I like Hydro Tek, so I won't go
with Landa, to expensive. There, I have said my peace. Let me know what
happens, good luck, if you don't sell it, let me know. We can then talk
about price.

Is this the email you are talking about Mike? Heck I don't even know what you are talking abou then you mention hotsy and Landa. Not sure why you are even comparing them to the machine I have listed. I can see you don't really know what you are talking about. Having a land or a hotsy outperform a turtle has nothing to do with what I am selling and I am not sure what you are talking about. Anyway, enough said by me. Have fun trying to get my name changed.... lol

Listen, I am selling equipment on this board because I have some used equipment. For some newbie to talk like that is frustrating. Here I try to help the newbies and this one is badgering.

Anyway, he will learn.

I hope no one read what I deleted yet, it was very mean. Justin, I apologize for hurting your feelings. I am entitled to my opinion about price, I think. Any way, new to the area, not to the biz. I will admit I was one faceted in Phila., but I have been forced to diversify, and it has been nothing but profitable. I think your stuff is priced way too high, just my opinion, others may not feel the same way, that is their opinion. Since you are getting out of the biz and just selling set ups now, I do kindly ask that you remove the name when you sell it and have the buyer use a different or their own name, I would appreciate it. Also, I do know about the company that makes Landa, also makes other name brand equipment. That doesn't mean they are all the same quality, I am sure someone with your exp. knows that. Anyway, sorry if I upset you, didn't mean too and I hope you get what you want for your setup. Good luck in your new venture. I stll like Hydro-tek though, lol.
