Gas prices,

Some say that gas does not affect there business?

I say this is bull, if you have new customer’s everyday or week then I would say no.

All our business is contract maintenance. Price have been established, so if chemical gas or anything else labor or whatever goes up it affects our bottom line.

can anyone tell me how much to charge for washing a one or 2 story house. the guys here in V.A. advertise 99.00 for a one story. so i told my customers the same. her one story was as big as walmart, and she didnt tip. i should have sprayed some bleach on her flowers, lol

Hey Russ saw a guy that looked just like you today, he was riding in his powerwashing rig. he had a big empty tank and so did i so we just waved at eachother. Guess we cant figuer out what to do with these empty tanks, but they sure look good.

have to get my truck ready for inspection by the end of the month. i needed a tail pipe. i have 2 gas tanks and one of them was leaking like a sive. so the muffler guy wouldn't lite up his torch. i felt like going home and chiseling it of, but for 100 bucks for a new muffeler and pipe from the converter back? i pulled the bad tank down, took out the float, hacksawed it, to use the tubing, double backed the hoses to the other tank, power washed under the truck and im riding again.

I look at gas as another deduction. My gas cost has gone up 30-50% this year. I have notice over the last few years you have people who come into the business and work for just about nothing and their gone the folowing year. Because of these low price workers I have had to drop my prices and go for volume.
