Give Up???

The only way I think it could be uncleanably would be if it was falling apart. Even then If it is being used there is always still something you can do to clean it. I have ran into some that have been really hard to clean. Several hours of scraping and applying and reapplying chemical. But to answer your question I would have to say no. But hey I have been knowen to be wrong before.

I have not seen a system that was uncleanable. However, in relation to cost vs. new construction, I would say yes. I have seen systems where they were so challenged, plus the system was outdated and the replacement made more sense.

Hello Steve,

Several of the systems that we do on a regular basis the previous contractor said "They were unable to clean it!".

Do you have a system that you believe is "Uncleanable"?

I don't think uncleanable is the word, the question would be is someone willing to pay for it, I have seen hoods that may have a spot over a oven for example, where the temp gets really high that may take some extra work, but generally if it is accessible, it can be cleaned
