Graffiti Removing Tricks

Hi all,
Just found out this morning that the property manager of my biggest account wants me to remove graffiti on my next visit (7 days from now).

I've never done this and have no experience so was wondering if there are some slick chemicals or sandblasting kits you would recommend.

I've done a little reading on previous posts and it appears that taginator or tagaway? seem to be a pretty popular choice, but I'm concerned about leaving damage to the surface with whatever method I choose because it will be my first project with graffiti.

I've attached some photos because 2 are on concrete and 1 is on a painted shopping cart rail.

Any tips or tricks are appreciated.

Thanks

on the concrete you can use taganator or elephant snot. Apply and let dwell then rinse off with hot water. The shopping cart rain the same thing, but it will take off the existing paint, so it will need to be repainted. But you should have a problem with any damage.

Thanks Bryan.
Do you guys generally attempt a chemical application before any wet sandblasting is done?

Does it just depend on the surface and/or type of paint?
Does the taganator leave the surface even or is there collateral damage is some situations (I assume it always removes the paint on the surface below the graffiti)

Yes taganator and tagaway the work good for me.

I hear that taginator works really well and it says it's biodegradable. I have a gallon of Soy-Gel paint stripper and it works awesome, as good or better than the most noxious paint remover. It sounds bio-friendly, I wonder if it's similar to whats in taginator? I would say make sure to let it sit on the paint till you really 'feel' it has dissolved through, you could check by scraping a little with a wire brush, add a little more if it needs it. Some paint goes fast and some takes longer, but if you spray before its time and it doesn't all come up it's hard to get it to work as well after it's wet. Don't spray willy nilly over the tag, start at the bottom and go over the lines slowly and thoroughly. I swear if the nozzle is pointed along the lines instead of across - the fan is parallel instead of perpendicular - it works 3 times better.

UPDATE:
Taginator works great. It was really simple to use. Just needed a pump up sprayer and about 15 minutes dwell time and then hot water wash it off.

Came out great, ended up doing it again for him at other locations as he was happy with the results!

A total of about 12 small to medium tags later and I still have half a gallon of taginator.

Need to start advertising this service.
I'll try posting some pics
