Great news from my Wifes lawyer on her slip and fall case against Hess!!!

We both were so surprised at what our lawyer accomplished. Get this. After suffering a injury at Hess because of their faulty gas pumps and dirty concrete we were informed that they had great news. We are getting an extra $125.

I am going to call in on the lawyers Saturday radio program. I am going to pose quick hits of our case as to get some info on what to do about the poor rep of our case and ask what can we do. After he tells me about how poor of a lawyer we had and how to put the screws to him I will land the bomb that his firm is who rep me lol.

Our Attorney:

"You cant take this to court because you will lose. Jacksonville,Fl is a conservative town and in the end you could end up with less than what you will get now or even yet, you could end up being sued by Hess for a ton of money. Also, they will bring in their experts to say this never happened before and they will question your intent"

The entire time he was negative and against us. The lawyer from the firm that was with us at first has won 174 cases like ours and we were pawned off on this guy who has never had to work on this case. He just became a lawyer 6 months ago.
