It looks like that sticker is stating the service was done on May 22, 2005. Dang I thought today was Cinco de Mayo!

I cant believe that he didn't even try to make the name a little more different. I think "Kitchen Steam" would have sounded better. I had a guy leave us a while back and start his own thing. His name , logo sticker and averything were so close to ours that we used to get checks for the jobs they did in the mail.
