Home maid

Here I go again…
Is there a way to make a ‘home maid’ extend wand?
I just can not find them where I live…I don’t think their manufactured in here, and I really need one.
Thank you all

A simple extension can be made with 3/8" aluminum pipe and connection fittings like are found on your pressure washing wand.
1- find the length of pipe you want (or several different ones if desired) that is threaded on each end.
2- attach the proper male and female fittings to the ends to facilitate tip changes and connecting to the trigger gun.
3- attach to your trigger gun and voila'.. extended reach!

It may not be the most high-tech thing in the world, but it might just get you through until you can afford to import the one you want.

The aluminum poles used for concrete bull floats are similar to a coress power wand.Hopfully you could find a concrete supplier in Portugal that could get you the pole, then just add the fittings as described above.Check out www.coress.com to get some idea of of what you are working toward.Good Luck.

I’m very thankful for your answers guys…I just which I had a better English.
Let me see if I understand. The water flows inside the threaded pipes? Or is it a pressure hose that runs inside the pipes?

In my example the water flows inside the pipe. It would be the same as the pipe on your trigger gun, only longer.

In Scotts example, the hose is inside the pipe and the water flows through the hose.

Hope this helps

The Extention poles are a combination of both hose and pipe.
They have a pipe for the nozzle end running thru a piece of Fiberglass pipe which has a hose inside. Confusing isn't it?
You can also Buy an extension pole at a Paint store for a paint sprayer and adapt it to your gun and hose.

Yes, he can buy them just about anywhere online but since he is in Portugal, the shipping would be many times the purchase price.

I would do an online search and call around, maybe there is someone in your country that can get it to you for a better deal on shipping.

I would send an email to some of the suppliers with your mailing address, no p.o. box and see what the shipping would be exactly.

Since it is in a long box, the shipping will be a lot.

There should be some pressure washing suppliers closer to where you live.

I would do more internet searching, you never know.
