Hose recommendations...

Just wanted to get a idea what hoses everyone is running for commercial cleaning. High heat and chemicals....
4500, one wire, two wire, brand...ect...?????
I have busted 3 hoses in less than 10 hrs of work....Going through some growing pains....

If your busting that many hoses it sounds like you may have an unloader problem. I only use cold water but use both 2 wire and 1 wire. Had a bad unloader that I changed out last week. I blew 2 hoses right before that.

Yea do you have a pressure gauge? Sounds like the unloader is spiking.

I'm using 1 wire right now, but not doing hardly any hot water work. My next hose purchase will be from Lori. I'll order 200 feet of the 2 wire blue non marking.

She sent some to Len Sutton and that hose looks like it's going to last quite a while.

we've started running 150ft strands of single wire 3000 psi hose and attaching a whip to the end near the ball valve so were not stressing it too much with the extremely hard to turn ball valves were running as of lately.

300ft of 1wire 3000 psi hose is extremely light and relatively cost effective as well.

I dont know what the hose companies are doing but we busted 4 this spring already. We sent them back for new ones!

Probably getting cheaper materials like everything else. Remember when nails didn't bend and screws didn't strip?
