Hose reel about to break

Hose reel handle not winding

Hi,

My hose reel handle spins, I have tightened things that can be tightenedd, still will not turn the reel so I can roll up the hose.
This has never had this happen before.

I have between 100 and 150 feet of hose on it so not overloaded.

What gives, do they only last 3 years then fall apart?

Reel Craft model 30000.
