Those are good sized hotels. Did you X-Jet, Downstream or get Manlifts? Just regular housewash? Pictures look good. I have bid on several locally that are that tall but I was thinking about using a Manlift to make sure I got everything clean. I have given several bids to owners that were from Places other than USA and I just got bad vibes and found out later that they did not want to pay because of nit-picking and about areas that were stained into the stucco and where I mentioned to them that the paint was coming off. I guess you would need to video-tape the place or take a lot of pictures to protect yourself. It sucks when you cannot trust who you do business with or if you are wondering if you are going to get paid or ripped off.
