Does anyone out there do Hotels & Motels do you price these same as normal store front/flatwork sq ft or is there another way how much difference if maintained monthly? Thanks

Hotel fronts are easy, usually price at the same but will not require the work a restaurant would normally take.
The sidewalk around the courtyards can be tough from a strategic stand, be careful. Balconies better really take a hard look.

I try to figure how much time the job will take. A Hotel will take less time compared to a resturant but you still need to get there!
We use a two man crew and do several different locations when we go out. This work is most always done at night. The Hotels that we do are done every three months, while the fast food places are done every 30 days. We also do a few grocery/drug stores every 30 days.
