how is everybody's winter going so far??

Doing 4 or 5 house washes a week. We are doing a lot more commercial this time of year.
Tourist season will be ramping up in a couple months, so commercial will be good until resi work ramps back up.

Winter (and it does get cold with lots of snow up here) has been some of my craziest times of the year for work. Everything gets dirty twice as fast, anything moved on a road needs to be cleaned once it arrives, and weather and shorter days make scheduling interesting. With the way the weather works up here the forecaster can barely get things right 2 days in advance, so booking things for a week away are always well lets see how the weather turns out. Did I mention when things get really cold steaming and frozen pipes become good money!

When it get's to -40 I do my best to not work, luckily that temp only happens for a short period at most a couple times a winter season.

Winters = work, and lots of it!

I do my best not to work when it hits +40. I can't even imagine -40. I've lived in Southern California all my life and I don't have any plans on leaving for that very reason.
