How long since this has been cleaned?

I got a request to quote this dumpster pad at a steak house. How long do you think its been since its been cleaned and how long would it take with a wand and cold water? How much would you charge?

Did a rear door walkway on a fast food place Monday. Ultra One, dwell, surface clean, repeat 3 times and it was 95% better. Hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 3 years.

I'd approach this one like this. REALLY high number for a one time clean. Explain the amount product that needs to be used and how bad it is. Then give them a normal maintenance price. Tell them if they sign a 1 year one time a month contract right now. You will give them the cleaning for the normal maintenance price instead of the high price.

You probably won't make much off the initial clean but then you have residual income. Its obvious they need it done regularly to prevent damage and high expense for a one time cleaning.

It will never look great with cold water. Restaurant back docks are usually covered in grease! If you want to do it right, and pick it up on a monthly, you need hot water.

haha, man when you are stuck on the other side of the world, waiting for a job to kick off ...all you have time to do is research new ways to optimize my bis at home. i have watched countless you tube videos, reviewed companies websites and washing methods, chemicals, equipment, ect, making marketing presentation folders to target commercial properties....and this is just the beginning. I cant wait to see where i will be in a year form now!
