how many of you order machines online?

i heard delco is one of the worst machines, my buddy bought 2 of them and the parts they use just break down, pumps go like crazy.. and one of the reasons why i asked this question was because i would think if i did buy a machine from a local store which might be more money, they would be more obligated to fix my machines if they broke... now if u call bob your gonna have alot more down time and shipping it back and forth might be a pain in the ass

everything in Jackson is so expensive.. I have seen people spend as much as 7500.00 on a ramteq 4000@5.5 hot water skid

I was quoted more than $13,000.00, for an Aaladin hot water skid with similar specs, from a dealer near me!

WOW!

You can find some pretty decent units online and a LOT of used ones. Personally I usually recommend buying locally if the price is decent.

I bought a hydrotek trailer rig a while back from someone online at a lower price than the local guy and the local company that sells them got ticked off that I didn't buy it from them. Now when I need repairs they aren't in much of a rush to fix mine when it needs it. I've learned to work on mine over the years to fix all the things that go wrong with it. I've got a pretty good amount of hours on it though.
