How much would you bid this for?

I know - luckily only a few of the buildings have exterior walkways- most are interior. This job wont be easy. But we do apartment buildings and condo's alot, so we know what we are getting into. I wouldnt have bid on it if we had never done one before...espicially a project this large. We have a long resume of multi unit complex's. 72 buildings is the largest so far.

You might want to consider a one time investment of rolling scaffold. The cost is probably close to lift rental. Its worked very well for me. Good luck .Dan Cosgrove

You are probably right. 7 of the 17 Properties will require a lift.

The scaffolding is a good idea, but will probably take too long to assemble and disassemble for each job. If it was a complex with all 17 at one place, it would be ideal and MUCH cheaper.

I guess we could just chain it to the back of the trailer and tow it down the highway....

I have never done anything this big or even close to it but just for fun I figured it out using my house wash numbers and came to $2000. Anybody want to share their numbers and things to consider on this type of project?
