how to clean this

Hey guys, i was called by an old age home to clean these couches, the dirt is from people sitting on them for over 20 years. Whats the best chemical i can use to remove this (im not charging them, i dont mind helping) there are 12 of those couches

The material appears to be some sort of vinyl or polymer.

try a steam cleaner..

then again, maybe not..it doesnt look pourous..steam cleaner no good

Have you tried just using a degreaser and a towel or scuff pad? Its always nice to take a spray bottle and rag or scuff pad when you go look at jobs like these. That way you get an idea of what it might take.
