how to clean vinyl siding

looking for a few good tips........the pressure washer i'm starting out with isn't the best but it's all i have right now and i'm trying to find the right kinds of chemicals to use on vinyl and gutters where the chemical does all the work and all i have to do is rinse, rinse and rinse some more? trust me i hate bothering yall with all these questions that yall probably already answered a million times but its the only way i know to find out...thanks
 
in lamens terms bleach and dawn for the vynil and krud kutter, or any gutter zap, shock, or the other names they have
 
thanks and do they have directions on the bottle as to how long you leave on to soak before rinsing and where can i find these things....and will yall come wash it for me.....that was a joke ha! ha!
 
Marty, You're close enough to me that you can come see first hand how to clean vinyl. I can show you how to increase your profit by increasing your speed. No joking. I usually clean even the nastiest homes in about 75 minutes with no ladders or extention poles.
