How to remove rust stains from gutters

I have a customer who has old leaf guards on his gutters which have rusted and caused rust stains to run down the gutters. Is there a product that will remove the rust stains without harming the gutters? He does not want to paint the gutters after I remove the rust stains.

Don't let the F9 sit but only a minute or 2. Pump spray on, lightly brush and rinse.

Just used Gutter Grenade on a really bad case yesterday... the customer had given up and thought he would have to live with black streaks forever. Even had another contractor out last year with no success... gutter grenade made em look new (don't make it too strong though and scrubbing will be required), check it out:
