How to sub out protitably

I just got a call from a large 5 story hotel that needs their exterior cleaned. I am really not ready for this and don't even think my equipment could get it done properly in a time-efficient manner. My question is, how do I go about subbing this out profitably?

You can post "Job Lead" in the "Region 6 " section of this forum.

Whoever and however you get it done, be sure yours and their insurance covers over 3 stories.
The way I've seen it over the years, lots of ins.co's. don't cover higher than 3 floors without a binder of some sort.

Hate to see you do all the footwork and find something like this out in the end and lose the project!!!

When I was bidding a 9 story last year and planning to sub most of it to a company that does higher stuff, I called my insurance company (joe walters) and i was told just to make sure they have coverage cause if not it would come back to me.
