Be careful JR you don't put your finger in too many pies. Do what you do well and network or subcontract the other work.
crawl first.....walk next..... and then run.
 
Yikes that's expensive. Try V seal 101.

Hydrozo prices have gone up considerably, i use hydrozo 40 for protective (non decorative sealing). My supplier is a local construction supply and they have even been having a hard time getting it. Something about company buyouts and the product is produced by a third party or something like that. Awesome product though.
