By total necessity I've begun to pursue some small commercial accounts. Very small strip malls (walkways only, no parking lots), fast foods, resturaunts etc.
Now may be a bad time to realize this but, I suck at commercial sales. After calling property managers I'm getting either the "we already have someone we use" (mind you, the walkways are greener than the grass) or leave a message and I'll call you back (anybody deal with Colliers International, they manage half of commercial AR) and never do. I've also ran into the 23year old Laquisha Phiniqua type that manages fast food trying to get to the GM to offer a demo, but she just shakes her hair extentions and four inch painted finger nail at me assuring me she can make decisions like this by her" ownself"". Well I just wanted to whine to someone other than my wife, she's sick of hearing it. But, I will be right back out there next week ,cause I gots to get paid. Much props for you guys who have been at this a while. I am getting a taste of the time and work it must of taken you guys to get where you are. Thanks, Scott
