Insurance definition?

Hey guys

hope someone can clarify this for me... just off the phone with a Property Manager and didn't get the chance to ask her to clarify, I'm sending her some info about CleanFast USA, copy of insurance and some other info... I asked what her company's minimums were in terms of insurance coverage - she replied 2, 2 and 2... what does this mean?

an educated guess is 2 million General Liability coverage, 2 million Personal Injury and 2 million Auto...?

she also said 1, 1 and 1 in excess...

any help would be appreciated, she had me off the phone pretty quick so couldn't ask her... thanks

She want 3 million, ask if she would do a 2 4. thats 2 million each and max 4 agregate.

Steve, ask for specific wording, there are many ways you can get to what she needs.

Each occurance is what she talking about. The auto is more important than any of them. also it has to be worth it to make the increase.

I once had a customer that we billed so little but wanted a Cg 29 which is annually about 5500. They aggreed to carry the additional on there end. ( it was strange but they wanted us to do the work)

I use The Hartford. They insure power washing and are fairly cheap. I have 2 mil property and 2 mil ag and paying like 315 a year. so not too shabby
