Is there any use for this product?

Oh man, Parker West is going to be ticked.
This is the same type of stuff that the swabby people got sued for a few years ago. It is a good (not Great) idea, but from what I hear, the problem is the disposal of the polymers after they are exhausted.

That is pretty cool, When i worked in the oil field we used many absorbents to contain spills but none did what that can do... seems like if that was used to block drains or absorb run off on reclaim necessary jobs you would need a lot of it.

I found that video while looking for a bulk source of sodium polyacrylate to make my own socks for soaking up excess evap cleaning water. I can't find it for less than $300 for 50 lbs. I'm guessing I'd use between $1 and $3 per evap coil at that rate. I guess that's not too bad.
