Just a reminder.

In the last two weeks I have gone to my pool customers to do the weekly maintance and what I have seen makes me mad and 2 makes me think. What I have seen is a crew of 3 in the pool area washing a it down or something. What got to me was the pw hoses that were dragged through the dirts and cut grass in the pool getting cleaned off. What made me think was why on a 3 man job at least one of them beening a hose man or a helper instead of standing under a tree and what looked like picking the bark off. Today was at another client and all the mold from the pavers some how wound up in the pool. 45 minutes late I had it all cleaned up and ready for use. Got me to thinking why have a clean patio or pool deck with a clean pool that you can not use due to the stuff blowen into the pool. I'm not mad because I did not get the work, I will start selling PW service to them sooner of more often, just venting . Just a reminder, be careful of where the dirt goes and if needed take care of it somehow. I have in the past charged for the extra time it has taken to clean up after those who do not care and have been told by my customers that they were reimbursed by the cleaning company that did the work. These two I will let slide as they are new customers to me. Take a few extra minutes to learn how to use a SC around a pool or learn with way the water flows or how to do parts at a time so that this dose not happen.

Cleaned a clients deck, she told me that when she used her blender, her exercise bike turns on. I've known her, so I said later that evening I'd swing by. Found neutrals from line and load flipped on 3 receptacles, asked her who did the work and how long it's been like that? She said nothing has been done since she started renting 5 years ago, never had used those outlets before. Shes in a lawsuit with her landlord about a lot more than that, so I helped her out knowing that will drag out forever.

My county won't allow me to get a license to paint. Client wants their mailbox painted, I have to hire a GC to pull permit for me for that. I live in the same county that the Burger King dumping the fry oil down the drain video Ron posted, and no one lost their job or got fined dumping all that oil. Many restaurants that I try and solicit to, have oil leading right out their back kitchen door going right up to the drain.

I LOVE FL!

(Sorry to hi-jack! I'm cranky around here today, needed some venting too lol.)
