Large Bid

124,000 sq feet of concrete in private condo neighborhood. (curbs, cul-de-sacs, walking trail, paths, etc.) No real grease to speak of. I am to bring my own water.

What would you bid per square foot on a typical large scale flatwork job? There are 79 houses. The only complication is the hiking trail. I will probably have to use an ATV with two trailers in tandem. One with 500 gal water and one with pressure washer. I will also have to get a city meter on a hydrant.

I was thinking you could tap the irrigation sytem. I'll bet they have t connects in the grass areas. usally a yellow top in them near the edges. sometimes hard to find. they usally install these in large property's

If you want a photo i can send. you have seen these at the golf course. they just screw in and you have water.
