By far my most Favorite event Was Colorado Event because we Demoed Did live Sales and it was the most fun. I had a Great time even though the event was Small.

My Friends Matt & Brenda hosted this and they really did a Great Job.

I remember Playing POOL to and when you can play pool at any event its a Win to me.

Of Course Phoenix was also up on my Favorite list as we Spent the day in a Giant Shopping center Learning all the cool things with others. The Food was the Best not because it was my Home town but because Scott Stone is a great Cook.

Of course this is where I met the Best Guy in the world Toni Shelton. He is the Best buddy a Guy could have. Prior to meeting Tony I didn't think I would ever have any real friends in this industry. That Changed shortly after that year as the event got running and I was out on the road. I met a lot of guys who stood out from the rest. To many to list here.

Phoenix was the first event like it and since no one has been able to duplicate.

Kory's NCE Tampa 2011 I think it was....being part of raising over 5000$ for make a wish....seeing a Pressure washer put up for auction, then the winner putting it back up for auction.

rooming with and getting to know one of my best friends Larry Millette....

Witnessing my first ever sting ray bite...NUFF said

Late night breakfast w Ron, Larry and Nichole

And much much more

I really Have to Tell People this about Paul, I do not think I have Met a Man who Teaches Better. Paul is out spoken knows his stuff and when he doesn't he will Find the answer and not BS the crowd.

I really Cannot Describe in Words how good Paul is as a Presenter when it comes to Industry Material. Paul I just wanted to let you know Out of all NCE speakers I see you as one of the BEST thats Ever Ran a Show. Your more knowledgable on Both Equipment and Service side of the Business.

Anyone Missing Paul Speak is foolish, this Guy really comes from the Heart to Help contractors Succeed.

Thanks Paul for all you have Done.

Pauls List of Topics over the YEars

  • Fleet Washing
  • Equipment Maint
  • Inetrior Cleaning
  • Hard Surface restoration

I want to Say Something about Bama, Although I Swore I would never go Back to bama I have to Give Russ Spence props for being a Leader and Having The First National Cleaning Expo Event in Bama in 2008.

Russ is a Leader and Deserves the Props for Leading the Way on Events. Russ Stepped up the game and had some great Events.

Russ Lead the way in the environmental Washing by Getting the PWNA wash Water control program off the ground. Prior to Russ Involvement nothing existed for contractors in Everyday Washing. The education here Began regardless of its Falling off track its now moving forward Stronger and better than it ever has. We can Thank Russ for the leadership in the educational Move forward.

Your shows where Great with Great Speakers

Thanks Russ Spence

I have been to many events all around the country for many years so it is hard to say what is the best of the best and so on.

Las Vegas had to be the best hospitality of them all at Tony Shelton's house, he has a great family, just wonderful people, wish I lived there or his family lived here.

Food, had some great food up in Milwaukee, over in Tampa at Maggiano's (sp) and several other places, best cheesecake (not crazy about cheesecake but they had some great ones there in Tampa), best Italian food in Tampa, Best Waiter giving Larry some free desert, etc.......

The Best instructors so far were up in Las Vegas, Milwaukee and Tampa.

There are so many great things I have learned all over the place, hard to remember them all and who taught what.

I am hoping that 2014 will be some more great places to go learn at.

This Next Character Changed the Industry, I say Character because he truly is a Unique Individual and had the right reasons for Re-founding the UAMCC.

The Truth is the PWNA was Lying Destroyed by the past Leaders taking Poundings from some of the Same Individuals today we have in the Peanut Gallery. While Carlos in Myrtle Beach Laid down a Great Speech about Putting the past behind us there where some that just cant Let the past go. I believe Carlos Exact word went like this " We are just giving all a PAss for the past, today we start Fresh and new and everyone Gets a Second Chance"

Carlos Moved me from that Day Forward, here was a Leader that in So many ways was saying hey wake up we can Build this thing if we put all this behind us.

Did Carlos Make Mistakes ? Sure but we all do and no one is Perfect, the only Mistake Carlos I Believe made was quitting.

Sure we all can roll back the clocks and See what should have happened , its didn't and we cannot Dwell on the past. Carlos has Determination and Courage and I'm certain this Story will go down in the History the books. Carlos is a Player in this industry and a character. Being a Character in my book isn't bad, he has the drive and the determination along with some Showmanship. It also Helps to have the Heart of a LION!!!

Carlos G my Friend in this Industry

This Next guy might Think I'm saying these things because he is my best Freind in the world and his Family Means the world to me.

Mr. Tony Shelton ( Mr Coil Clean )

Whats there to say about Tony? Well His Coil Cleaning Course was the BEst and Most Comprehensive Training Ever done in this Industry to my Knowledge. Hours of Classroom and Hours of Hands on Training.

Tony Like Paul just Knows his Stuff and again if he does not he will find it because he doesn't know everything. Most here might think thats a Bad trait but to guys who are Honest this is a good thing when your looking for help, nothing worse than getting the wrong info to have you run along and mess stuff up or cost you a ton before you realize it didn't work.

Tony Event in vegas was in the Top two for training and Top Five for all around. Classroom and presenters it was top of the line.

While His event in Top two over all I will say this again the Training Tony Provided to those who took it far surpassed anything to date in this Industry to my personal Knowledge for 30 Years.

Las Vegas was a WIN for all, Look for Tony & Carlos to hold and event in VEgas 2014 Late in Year. Do not Miss this Event

Thanks Tony for being a Great Freind over the past Few years and I look forward to much more fun over the Next Few.

It was a highlight of the Iowa show this year to have Jason Evers speak. He is truly a leader for positive actions in the cleaning industry. As a speaker he was the best I've ever heard in the industry and as a person he is the real deal.

This Event was at One of the UAMCC.org Newest Associates, this meeting was Very memorable and you can Tell Manny's Customers are Loyal.

We Met good People at this Event, very Passionate truly great Folks. The tone of this Meeting was real. He had attendance on around 110. I only mention the 110 because I was impressed, it was not a badge or what should be noted about this event. It was a testament to Manny's Teams accomplishments to the industry and the hard working service people in this industry.

The food might have been the Best eaten at any event, the Salmon and Steak was great. Deserts off the hook.

First and foremost the company we all were in was the Best.

Thanks Manny and we look forward to coming back this year, we are bringing the kids in the motor home this year. Just a question can we Borrow a Plug? LOL

The Las Vegas Event Launched the appearance of Mark Belyan, Property manager that Explains how to Obtain a PM business. Its that Simple guys who are willing to tell you the secrets of getting there business.

Mark Tells all in a 45 minute presentation, often mark hangs out giving guys countless hours of advice where ever he has presented.

Marks a Top Notch Speaker on the National Cleaning Expo Tour

I really enjoyed Iowa this year. Tony does a great job putting that show together. I also think that what AC does in Florida is a great training event. Most of the events I have went to where fun and educational. I look for real value to the contractors attending and I really think the training event have done this the best. Paul did one a couple years ago and it was really great too. People walk away with a lot of hands on knowledge.

I have enjoyed every show in one way or another.

My first was Phoenix. It was a small event full of information. I made life long friendships there.

Our Roundtable in Vegas was the longest week of my life. I think I slept for a week afterwards. It was also small with around 50.

Myrtle beach was another interesting one. There had to be at least 150 people there. Met some of the best people in the industry there like Guy Blackmon. And it was there I met some of the worst. It was a stressful time dealing with UAMCC issues.

It was followed by a cool driving trip across the US with Ron, so that made up for the stress.

Also, this was the first time I witnessed the Pied Piper magic of Ron Musgraves. Here we were, in a sharply divided room of contractors, many of which disliked me AND Ron for one reason or another. But Ron was such a great promoter even the guys who didn't like us moved around like cattle on the range and did whatever he said because Ron is a master at utilizing prizes and other such things to keep an event right in track. It was absolutely astonishing!

Tampa 2009? or was it 2010? was great. It was the first RT I got to go with my son and Jill. We had a great time. I've read Thad's posts about his private org's event being the largest. I guess he couldn't afford to drive to Tampa and see what big events really are. Maybe he can now that he's got some contractor's money to work with. lol.

After 2011 I was worn out from travelling all over the place.

Personally I like regional Rt's best of all. It allows contractors time to get together with guys who face the same issues.

Hey guys how are you doing today? I just wanted to take the opportunity to tell you all about some exciting stuff we have in the works for 2014. This year as an organization we will be attending end user or if you will consumer shows. This gives us the opportunity for the first time to really put UAMCC contractors out for the world to see. Along with the creation of end user educational materials such as fliers and brochures we will make our national registry this year really mean something. My goal for the end of 2014 is to make our contractor registry the premiere go to registry for the entire industry. With your help and time we can make this happen. I believe with the appearances and consumer educational we will be making and distributing all across the country this is not an absurd goal. We at the UAMCC know we have the best contractors I think it's time to let the world know too!

Sounds awesome Leilani, this has always been one of the goals we had from the beginning. It's so exciting to see more and more people getting involved and especially YOU.

Thank you Doug I appreciate that!!!
