I hate HOA's. I also hate neighbors that have little to do. Of course, one of my neighbors does not like that I have to hook up, or park a trailer at crazy hours. We all have our crosses to bear.

Its a steal, I am looking at it as an investment more than a home, even though we would be living there.

As far as the rest I have no idea just yet and I have already located a business site in town.

Russ, wasn't it you that posted that awesome home with property about a month ago? What happened with that one?

We have since decided to move farther south since that is where the bulk of our commercial business is coming from. That house had some issues we found during the home inspection that disturbed me anyway so it was not that great of a deal after all.

We are going to try to be out of here by May 1st even if I have to rent something to get me by till I find what I want.:yeah:
