I want to start this year pressure washing this spring mainly houses and decks and whatever else my machine can do.My question is my equipment I have a 3200psi 11 horse 4gpm cold water mach would this mach be something you would start with or should i invest into something better. Also what do you pro,s think i should include in my equip line besides ladders, extra hose,ex wand Thanks I am just starting out will invest in more if business grows like to have some opinions on what i have now.

That machine is more than enough for residential. You will not need that much psi. Adjust your pressure down with the the tip when cleaning wood.

Use a sodium percarbonate base chemical to clean the wood and neutralize with a oxalic or citric acid.

There are a lot of good sealants out there - I use ReadySeal - easy to apply - no back brushing - be sure not to be shy with it. geewiz info - Simple Green is great for taking overspray off siding.

If your going to wash houses - check into the xjet - use a quality chemical - let the chemical do the work not the pressure.

Go to the top of this page and click on search - do a search on the following:

ReadySeal
Sodium Percarbonate
oxalic acid
citric acid
decks
xjet
house wash
nozzel chart

Advice - always go to the search engine for questions - once you have read, read, & read - ask questions to fill in the gaps.

I will be glad to help you anyway possible.

Have you ever attempted to make your own surface cleaner?

Thanks I'll check it out.

Maybe I will invent a surface cleaner that can be ran by remote control. You can set in your truck or a lawn chair and do a driveway. Just Kidden but I wonder if it could work

or put one on the bottom of a riding mower for big jobs like a warehouse.

I'm going to start referring to you as the Web Site Information King.

Thanks
