The sealer has to hold up to them using a forklift on a daily carrying oil drums, roughly 8000lbs. Whats the best product for the job? Thanks

Polyaspartic/polyureas are good for industrial, fast cure time

They wanted a no gloss look, just as long as it can hold 8000lbs and easy to clean..
I recommend siloxane/silane sealers

I use the Hydrozo clear 40 in warehouses, sidewalks, indoor, outdoor, masonry, etc. Here in Oregon it is the approved Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) sealer for roadways.
I've applied it in walk-in coolers. Then had a forklift loading beer back in there in 45min. Can be applied to 20degrees F. It penetrates the concrete, solvent based, smells a little bit but not too bad, easy to use, breathable, easy to clean.
