Are you allowe to do a lousy job if the fan does not tip over?

That ain't gonna happen. Apparently there are no shortages of lawyers at country clubs and they are going to sue them for the roof damages. Bad part is they have told the old company what I said could be done to clean it and they are using it in the bill of particulars in their request for the fix money. I definately do not like being thrown into that mix since that stuff ends up in court.
 
Alexy you should not be drug into the problem, On an account I just got the go ahead on..I made a copy of the paragraph in the 96 Code calling for hinges and a copy of the front cover...I only suggested we install hinges, I did not say client had to install hinges to get it clean, just showed em what the codes says. Try that if they need info for the bill of particulars they can purchase the code from NFPA. Besides they won't want to pay you your going rate of $300 an hour to show up to court.
