Management Firm seeks PW contractors

This info was just brought to my attention the other day. There are a number of management firms looking for contractors that have mobile cleaning trucks. heres the catch...... what ever your hired to clean they only give you so much money to do the job. It's kind of like a HMO. but the good thing is that they will give you a super large amount of work if your good. I know for a fact that there always looking for window cleaners and floor care and mobile washers. the first company is AMERICAN SEABOARD 1800-877-3138 AND THE SECOND ONE IS NEST INTERNATIONAL 1800-611-6378. They say what goes around comes around. take this info get big then pass it on to someone who'sjust starting out to get them off there feet. and you wont belive the return you'll get.

Be very careful dealing with these people. Over on the commercial floor care board we call them the MMM (Maintenance Management Mafia). They set the price and you have to follow their rules. Some of the floor guys either waited a very long time to get paid or had to go and knock on their doors for payment. Many of these companies are on the verge of bankruptcy. They have sucked up most of the larger retailers floor care market around the country and try to get the contractors they tossed out to do the accounts for 1/2 of what they were recieving originally.

Some come close to being in the price ballpark and you may actually find it profitable. Not saying don't check into it but READ their rules carefully as you may not get payed if you do not follow them. You have been warned.

To answer the post, yes I'll be at the round table, I hate the Devils(Rangers). and yes you may even get screwed for payment.
But I had the info and I just thought I'd share it......
