I finished it today. Have to say thanks to Lori at PWP for hooking me up with the hose, and making sure that she knew exactly what size fittings I needed before she sent it out. (Jumper was 3/4 to 1/2 and hose was 3/8 to 1/2)
I will upgrade to a 60 gal tank when I need it, so far the 35 gal has been working. This fits nice in the back of my truck.

That is a cool little unit. You will like the roller pump, we switched from diaphragm pumps to rollers pumps, and it has been a great move. We use the Hypro 7560 XL we have 3 in service, one has a ceramic coating on the inside with lots of hours o it and still going strong. The other two are stock 7560 XL models , and they are running great also, they clank a little at low rpms but overall they are awesome. I have a little valve that I pour vegetable oil in at the end of the day and that seems to coat the inside well.

Diaphragm pumps are great but, so many problems with gear boxes and unloaders, that it just got too much. These roller pumps are easy to fix or replace in the field, the unloaders are only $30.00 or so.

There are a variety of roller pumps out there, just make sure that you get one that uses higher RPMs if doing a set up like this. My Pump can go up to 2600 RPMs. I set the engine just above idle, works great.
 
That rig looks good. Make sure that you rinse it out with at least 5-10 gallons of water at the end of the day or after the last job. You could put some oil in with the water to help protect the roller pump.

The lovejoy coupler shure is easier and cheaper than the belts and pulleys, easier to change out pumps when they go bad also.

Lori at Pressure Washer Products is not only very helpful but offers some of the best customer service out there.

Were did you get tank for 75 dollars.
 
Can you clean a roof with 35 gallon mix?
 
lol, yea, I can clean a roof with 35 gallons. I have a few 5 gallon containers that I also fill with 12.5%, I cut mine 50/50 so I carry extra 20 gallons total mix. Mostly medium size houses around here, and usually only one side of the Roof needs cleaning. Like I said, I will likely just pick up a 60 gallon tank when I get around to it.


35 gallon tank for $75 is at Fleet farm, if you have them around you?
 
Have you used it yet for a full days work? You could probaly make an injection system for that pump to shoot all 12% directly into the stream.
 
update. Even after rinsing well after each job, the pump would seize up the next time I would use it, had to take a hammer and smack the pump until it came loose enough that I could start it up. I now use a 12 volt delevan and battery. I know I could have gone with a better roller pump, but I do use the setup still as a transfer pump.
