My daughter and I on beale st in MEMPHIS TN

We went to memphis last year , did you take her to Ride the Ducks and to Graceland.. I liked the Cars and Bikes.. and the planes.. We also ate at a restaurant ( Cant remember the name ) but they pick you up in a pink limo .. Food was not to good.. We stayed at the Elvis Days Inn .. My daughter really loved the guitar shaped pool.. Only thing after 5 days I got tired of the 24 hour elvis music and movies..

We used to have a pretty nice beach at the coast.. Here in MS but the Boats came , then the hurricane came.. and now its mostly muddy sand and trash everywhere still... We were thinking Gulf Shores but had to pass this year because Gas is expensive, Motels are outrageous, we had to buy a truck , we are moving into a new home.. My daughter does get to go to church camp for a week though in Folsom Louisiana. So this summer was saved once again by church camp..

YEA we have been to gulf shores several times and destin etc... and all in all we like gulf shores the best. We went last year to a wedding at ft morgan at the BEACH CLUB and ouch $$$$$$$$$$ no more of that. lololol

Our daughter, Lauren who is almost 3 now loves helping daddy...mostly because she loves water. If Nate is outside messing with the trailer, so is she. She brings him tools and loves to help get out the garden hose to fill the tank.

I hope she doesnt grow out of it, but she will.

It sounds crazy but mine already seems grown up. A few exceptions like mudding on the 4-wheeler or amusement rides, other than that she gets a little confused on the business, we do fleet washing and she has told some of her pals that her dad owns all of those big trucks. If I did I wouldn't be washing them.lol

Sound like my step daughter when she was younger. She was telling all her friends that her mommy was a dentist, when she was really just a dental assistant.

My wife and I try to get to Memphis once a year. We even went one year for New Years Eve. Our favorite place to eat is Corky's and the Rum Boogie Cafe for music.

It's great to see some of you guys make it close to my town and yes memphis is a cool place if you know where to go and where to not. Beale St is alot of fun if you like live music and cold beer. I met some people from germany last year that were there for the blues, It's surprising how far some will travel. Those of you who haven't visited ST LOUIS, it also is a very cool city.

Curtis, we took our seven year old girl to the norm, like the arch, science museum, magic house, union station, butterfly house, down on the landing, grants farm, it was her first trip to the area and she loved it. That is just a peek of what we did that smaller towns do not have. It's funny that your from that area, I told my wife as we were coming through festus that if we lived near a city this size just imagine the opp. for the washing business it would be. I know what i'm capable of making where I live but man there is work to be done everywhere you live. GOOD LUCK !
