The steel eagle components rust through fairly quickly. The recovery tank has a life of about a year. I would replace it with a couple of the tanks that Jerry offers, because they are thicker, and seem to be more rust proof.
I would also replace the vacuum head from the Steel Eagle with a vacuum tank and regulator from Jerry. Remove the Steel Eagle pump out, and use an electric sump. It makes it all more reliable and easier to use.
I would also put a different separation tank on it to allow more time for settlement and filtration.

Ive got a nice stainless steel drum that you wouldnt have to worry about rusting out if your interested. I have the same vac. But mines the 38hp

By the way, I would modify the hitch to be pulled by two guys in white shirts.
