I'm looking for someone who knows a reputable painter in the Greenville NC area. My wife (Rhonda) and I bought this place a few years ago when my daughter attended grad school at East Carolina University. We need the interior of our townhouse painted so maybe we call sell it. We're getting out of the long distance rental business. Also may need a carpet layer. I've got quotes from the Property Management people for the Painting at around $1050.00, but they haven't done so well managing the property, so I'd rather pay someone I know, directly or indirectly. Friends gotta help friends. Thanks all
