Need to clean concrete faster.

I'm tired of walking slow when I'm staring down a football field of concrete. Any of you know what I'm talking about? I need to clean wide paths fast. I'm looking for motor pump combos and of course a surface cleaner that will move quickly in junction. Thank you PWI!

10-12 gpm machine at 4500 psi if possible, 36 in maxima and you should be set

I use a maxima at 4000 psi and 7.5 gpm and it's amazing how much you can get done in an hour.

How many machines are you runing. multiples machines can make fast work of big sections of concrete. I agree with the maxima high gpm really makes them sing.

I've got one 5.5 and a 4.7 I could jump or just build a new machine. If I jumped what I have, it would be near 11 gpm. That should do the trick.

We have 2 5gpm's on a trailer jumped and the guys can move much faster. We us a 30" Big Guy. I did a volumn test last week and we are getting 10 gpm. the single spray bar has 4 tips.

When you jump two machines, is there anything you need to do like change unloaders or tips in the sc?

You would have to change out your tips to correspond with the flow and psi your pushing. You cant run a surface cleaner tipped for a 5gpm machine on a 10gpm and expect the best results.

If you have K7 unloader, it will cycle through the bypass if the tips are smaller than the proper size.
