New bandit setup.......

My bandit came in about a week ago or so. I finally got around to building a wooden skid for it today. I made the skid so it will fit in the back of my truck.
The skid is 75 inches long by 36 inches wide. (FYI) (If you have a short bed the skid can be made 70 inches if need be.)
I made the skid so I could remove it with my toro dingo. The skid also holds twin 55 gal. tanks.

Looks nice, but I would start thinking about a more permanent base, the wood is gonna give way to the weight, vibration and any hypo exposure. Will work for a while though. Plus,.. it doesn't do your nice setup justice.

Sweet setup Lou. Im on my second Bandit, as my first one got stolen. Have you gotten a chance to use it yet? Call bob and order the 0040 orifice nozzle and add it to your Jrod holder. It'll give you an extra 5-10 feet for those extra hard to get areas. And buy an extrareplacment pump. Ive had 3 crap out on me. Easy to change, but what a PITA to have to drive to get one and then install it in the middle of a job.

Good luck

Also, did you put and piping down in the tanks to agitate the mix?

The first one's rotor (roller holder) had a missing chunk from the factory and it ate up the rollers. The shaft is only brazed into the rotor on the delevans and it came apart on the other 2. Delevan replaces them with no charge, but it sure messes up a day when it craps out halfway through a job.

Delevans making a keyed system instead of brazing them, and that should kill that problem.
