Welcome to the 21st century! I have had mine (Cingular/AT&T) 8525 for about 6 months and love it. Phone, web, 2MP camera, customer database, syncs to MS Outlook. I also have a Bluetooth GPS receiver for iGuidance mapping. No insurance is offered for the expensive phones, but I was able to find very reasonable coverage from Safeware.
The only problem is, when it breaks (as it surely will) what do I use while its in the shop? I'll probably buy a used one on eBay as a back-up.
P.S. Make sure you put a protective film on the screen. I also only use belt holders that either clip over the belt or have loops.
