This product is the only one that I have seen that will eat the algea, mold and mildew off of a roof and keep it off for upwards of 2 years - guaranteed!
We have been using it successfully on shingle, concrete, and barrel tile roofs with excellent results. The best part is that on the shingle roofs, there is no pressure cleaning needed. Our labor, fuel, and maintenace costs are next to nothing with this product! And we do not have any adverse effects that you see with bleach or sodium hydroxide.
We recently cleaned a 25,000 sq ft roof complex in under 5 hours using a two man crew.
