I have a bid coming up on removing oil stains on pavers. My question is not how much to bid but on the process of the cleaning. The total sqft of the job is roughly 30,000 sq ft. the oil stains are in select locations. The pavers are 4" by 4" with a 1" sand grout line. Am I correct in thinking that I have to clean the entire area and not just specific locations? Any help is apprciated.
