Paint Remover For Concrete

We attempted to strip some paint off of concrete a few nights ago without much luck. It is for one of our shopping center tenants, the concrete was painted just in front of their store and is really starting to look bad. We used a paint remover bought from HD, let it dwell for 15 minutes, washed with hot water and it came up but just very slow. Any suggestions, is there a super paint stripper that doesn't cost a fortune? Or do we just need to crank up the heat and plan on taking our time? Thanks.

That is the only way that works well.
