Rich's product is great if you don't have to go over a previous xylene coating. I use a product called tuff top from porter paints if I'm going over previous work. Tuff top outperforms everything else in xylene base I have tried, even with one coat! 125.00 a five.

Looking a little further into Seal N' Lock... What does the "wet sand" add-on look like and how does it work??? Anyone have a link to it for me to check out...

Basically its taking sand and using water to push the sand into the cracks

I think rich has some videos on his site. Ive seen it demo'd at several roundtables and it is a good product. For ease of use I dont think it can be beat.

it's really impressive as to how hard that sand sets up. It's almost like concrete when it completly cures. I'm hoping it works as well on concrete. I'm going to be doing two demos with it this week or next.

What kind of concrete? Stamped, broom finish, exposed aggregate????? May be more economical products for concrete applications... IMO

The place i'm gonna try this out has used everything on the market at one time or another. They have to reseal it every 90 days. I've spoken to Rich and the Chemist that makes Seal N Lock and they think it will hold up for at least a year in the same places the others have all failed. So, they are willing to pay more to have it last a year.
