Pizza Hut changing hands

Visited a local Pizza Hut about the exterior, I was informed that they were not doing anything till after December because they were swapping hands to another owner. I am unsure if these accounts are just local franchises or nationwide. Look at this place, would you eat here

Pizza Hut corprorate is Yum Brands owned, and they ain't sellin' a pizza hut...
FYI this Corp. is tighter than your a$$ during a cavity search. If they are buying this from an old hold out franchisee just walk away....
 
I have tried to get my local Pizza Hut for about two months and finally gave up. The manager was all for it. I just had to contact the district manager. Sounds easy but they wont call you back. I must of called 10 times. When I finally talked to him once he thought I was asking for a million dollars. It was my biggest waist of time.
 
I have a friend that owns 110 Pizza Huts. He told me that the corporate office keeps trying to buy some of his back but he won't sell. He just happened to be one of Pizza Huts lawyers. Older, nice guy! Hugh

"I really dont mind but I promised not to reveal it to anyone. I will ask him if he does not mind. The conditions on him revealing his trade secret was that I not tell anyone , I will get back to you today on it."

I have never revealed that info to anyone nor will I buddy
