Its just like the govt. This govt works for the people. Thats why it says by and for the people. These politicians believe they get to take all the taxes and place it on the most ignorant of programs and although we have a say in it, the fact is that it makes no headway.

Same way for the org in question. It however can apply to every org to an extent. The reason I have not joined is because I am not one who gives money to orgs that Homeowners either do not know or do not care about. While I believe in sharing ideas and coming together. I am not into policing of companies through a decision making body. This is a free market and we are responsible for our own companies. This is another reason that the govt has problems. Too many people think that the govt is here to provide all our needs. The Govt shall have limited responsibility to offer certain needs.

In a summery, I feel that the only ones that have a voice in the orgs are the heavy hitters or the small guy that is picked up as a project of sorts. I am nothing in the scheme of power washing compared to most, just like in painting I would spank y'alls fannies. Thing is, will this become a butt kicking contest and if it does, who will be wearing the orgs boots?

How many orgs make promises to its people?

How many orgs have not followed through in its promises and leadership?

How many times have you joined because a org seemed different, but in fact followed the same old hat promises?

How many of you have been down this road and are once again in this same situation, but still stay and look dumb on purpose?

I can liken this to fighting and mma as I have been involved in both from my old neighborhood to in ring. When a person ducks they tend to close their eyes for a split second. Thats usually enough for a counter, so my advice would be to time this duck and launch a barrage of offensive hits to their body. Hint...Hint

I am the type of person that could care less if a person did not want me a part of their world because its all about my family. I can adjust my approaches and will make out in the end. If someone tries to make my name mud however is when I take it personal and then its whoa Nellie bar the door!!! :smash: And thats the law such as has been handed down :dance3:

Thats me:yes: I try to keep it in check but if my name is going to be dragged down into Mudd then look out. I also when I smell a rat there is also a problem where Hell Hath no fury. You can only get stepped on so many times but keep it up then POW the other side never knows what hit them.

We all Agree this last post about the UAMCC will be the lAst ever.

On another Note we are going to a positive BBS...for 2010

I support the contractors in the UAMCC because many are my freinds. They are our brothers, we support contractors from all org here at PWI.

We will however have no more negative stuff.

If you have a problem with anyone or org. E-mail them and those you want to know.

PWI is not a battle Zone.

Trevor Steele is the Admin for UAMCC forum. We agreed to allow them to moderate there own forum until the Current BOD was in Place.

We extend that to the Future BOD as they are not responsible for the current issues. Nor will we tolerate future UAMCC business to be discussed here if its negative.( please feel free to post positive NEWS & events)

I'm done, I agree that all the negativity breeds more negativity.

Sorry about the posting of my thoughts. I can take the side of everything is relative to each self. I tend to look at things as positive no matter if they come to me in a negative manner. I can make lemonade out of anyones lemons. I grew up in a hectic and argumentative house hold, so I have many years of experience. Just trying to give some options. Sorry for the rehashing...

I am torn. One side agrees with Ron and several other posters. The other says they should be held accountable for their works. But is it our job to hold them accountable? If we waste our time speaking about them aren't we giving them creditability? (sp) I joined but have posted rarely. I like this site and the posts here tend to draw my attention. I am for a 2010 to help everyone grow their business to its full potential.
